BOOKINGS AND PAYMENTS
- Bookings can be made online or over the phone.
- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure a booking.
- The remaining balance is due on the day of the event.
- We accept payment by cash or bank transfer.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
- If you cancel your booking, the deposit is non-refundable.
- If you cancel within 2 weeks of the event, you will be charged the full amount.
- In the event of bad weather or other circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the event.
AGE AND HEALTH REQUIREMENTS
- Participants must be 14 years or older to participate in our shooting activities.
- Participants must be in good physical health.
- Pregnant women are not permitted to participate in our shooting activities.
SAFETY RULES AND INSTRUCTIONS
- All participants must follow the safety rules and instructions provided by our staff.
- Eye and ear protection must be worn at all times while on the premises.
- Participants must not handle firearms unless authorized by our staff.
LIABILITY WAIVER
- All participants are required to sign a liability waiver before participating in our shooting activities.
- By signing the waiver, participants acknowledge that they understand the risks associated with shooting activities and agree to release and indemnify Reeb Enterprises Trading as Essex Country Sports and its staff from any liability.
PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEO
- We may take photographs and videos during your event for promotional purposes.
- By participating in our shooting activities, you grant us permission to use your likeness in promotional materials.
COMPLIANCE WITH REGULATIONS
