Shop returns and refunds

Welcome to Reeb Enterprises, trading as Essex Country Sports. Our terms and conditions of sale apply to all transactions with our customers, including email, telephone, website, and in-person sales.

Please note that all sales are final, and we do not operate on a "sale or return" basis. Ownership of goods will remain with us until full payment is made, and we only accept returns in certain circumstances.

If you receive any damaged or faulty goods, please report them to us within three working days of delivery. Similarly, if there is a shortage of goods, please report it within three working days. We will not consider any claims for shortages of goods collected from our premises. Clearance lines, worn or washed goods, and items that have been used for any purpose other than the intended purpose cannot be returned.

We use a tracked shipping service where possible for delivery. However, we may use the best alternative service available under certain circumstances. Please note that we will not be held liable for any delays caused by events beyond our control, including delays caused by couriers. Any delivery timescales provided are for reference only.

Regarding returns and refunds, we require proof of purchase before considering any return. If you receive faulty goods, please contact us within three working days of receiving the delivery. If your return request is approved, we may provide a replacement or process a refund for the original value paid by the buyer. Refunds will only be processed using the original payment method.

We only accept returns in the following circumstances:

• Defective or damaged products: If the product you received is defective or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will require photographic proof of the defect or damage and, if approved, we will issue you with a returns label to send the item back to us. Once received, we will offer you a replacement or a full refund.
• Incorrect product received: If we have dispatched an incorrect item to you, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will require photographic proof of the item received, and if approved, we will issue you with a returns label to send the item back to us. Once received, we will offer you a replacement or a full refund.
• Sizing issues: If you have ordered the wrong size, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Once received, we will offer you a replacement or a full refund. Please note that we only accept returns for sizing issues if the product has not been used, worn, or washed.

Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping for any of the above circumstances. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and obtaining proof of postage.

To initiate a return, please email our customer service team at office@essexcountrysports.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet the above conditions. We also reserve the right to modify our returns policy at any time without prior notice.

Please include a copy of your invoice/delivery note or your order reference number with your approved returns. Failure to include this information could result in a delay with your refund.
